Natalie Stuck - Fitness Trainer and Speech Language Pathologist

Based in Hockessin, Delaware, Natalie Stuck brings a unique blend of expertise and enthusiasm to her role as a fitness trainer. With an extensive background in communication sciences and speech-language pathology, Natalie holds a Master's degree in communication sciences with a Hispanic concentration, as well as a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology. She also has a Bachelor's degree in three foreign languages—Spanish, French, and Japanese—with a minor in linguistics and cognitive science. This diverse educational foundation informs her holistic approach to fitness and wellness.

Natalie's fitness philosophy centers around the idea that exercise should leave you feeling accomplished and good about yourself, both inside and out. She believes that while looking good is a bonus, the true benefits of fitness lie in improved confidence and mood. Her life philosophy, "Live life to the fullest; do ALL the things that make you smile and give you a sense of purpose," guides her approach to both her professional and personal life. Although she is relatively new to the fitness training field, her 18 years as an educator and therapist have equipped her with the skills to motivate and inspire her clients effectively.

In her professional life, Natalie works with a diverse range of individuals, from teachers and staff in her school district to her teammates and administration. As a lead in her district and the Vice President of the Board of Speech Language Pathologists, Audiologists, and Hearing Aid Dispensers, she advocates for her profession and ensures equitable access to services for Delaware's citizens. Her ability to collaborate and advocate translates seamlessly into her fitness training, where she aims to make every client feel happy, accomplished, and fulfilled after each session.

Natalie's journey into fitness began with her love for walking outdoors, which evolved into running and strength training to avoid injury. She encourages those just starting their wellness journey to take the first step outside, breathe in the fresh air, and walk with her. For Natalie, the biggest challenge is staying consistent amidst the demands of daily life, but she strives to prioritize her health and wellness.

Born in São Paulo, Brazil, and a dual citizen, Natalie is fluent in five languages, though she primarily uses two now. She enjoys upcycling thrifted items and finds solace in crafting and painting—a hobby her mother introduced to her at a young age. Through her multifaceted career and personal interests, Natalie Stuck embodies a dynamic and compassionate approach to fitness, making her a standout in her field.
